I've seen Kirchner duals set up where they may not have needed extensions, the inside rim had near zero offset. I used to have a 2388 with an offset set up, I think they used the factory CaseIH axle extensions so I assume it was similar to factory offset. The ones I had straddled 30s, Im pretty sure Kirchner makes about any offset a guy would want and can straddle almost any corn spacing.
