I see this phrase often associated with covid deaths. Yet when it is looked at more closely often they were not as healthy as on the surface appeared. Like the one child that died that "was perfectly healthy" but looked like Porky Pig. Or someone that was thin and trim but was a drug user. I always question the "healthy" statements and take them with a grain of salt.

Considering well over half the adult population in the US has some degree of insulin resistance and many with diabetes or pre-diabetes, there are a lot of people that appear to be healthy but are not.
