Snodgrass said this is the ONE chance. And models are in large disagreement. The Euro shows most IA, IL, IN, OH, is less than a 20% chance of an inch or more. The GFS shows a lager chance in more areas. But how long will 1" last during pollination followed by 10 days of hot and dry?
