southern MN | I'm offered 256k DSL (likely won't get more than 128k most of the time, distance...) for $44 a month. $100 installation fee, $25 activation fee.
There is a wireless service, but I got trees in the way for both towers, $39 a month, $600 equipment. Trees are kinda important for snow control, so not really likely.... Think it's 256K rate.
Only games in town.
Either of your deals sounds cheap to me.
