Newfane NY | I see that in my area on soybeans. My thinking is the edge of the field has a whole lot less compaction than the rest of the farm. Years ago when we had Farmall 806’is and 12 foot international Harvester 401 drags you had to drive almost on the edge of the field. Now with 45 foot feel cultivators your nowhere
Far enough away from the edge that you get hardly any compaction. Just my thoughts for my area | |
