South Central South Dakota | We were having trouble finding some extra help over the holiday weekend to chop some oat silage. My 12 year old son said he could pack. I figured the pit was mostly empty and had walls so why not give him a shot. Well, about 60 loads later, this is what we have. Is it perfect? No. Did he learn a few things? Absolutely. He can't wait for next year to try it again. He's pretty proud and he should be. That will make finding help a lot easier now!
