Need to know if the lumps are soft and somewhat movable.  Or hard and more like bone.  

If bonelike, call your vet.  If soft, DON'T LANCE.  Just lots of penicillin IM or subcutaneously.  If you have some sulfa boluses give it some of those too.

(If they become abscesses they will open and drain on their own when ready.)

Edit to add:  Probably should check first to make sure it is not just food packed into cheeks.......
