Southeast Ohio | And some of us are crazy enough to grow up and be a doctor, then finally realize at almost midlife that they were called to be a farmer.
Funny how life turns out sometimes. I’m thankful and feel blessed how my life unfolded. Granted, I’m a full time ER doc and just a small time farmer compared to most of you, but my farming takes up enough of my time that I understand why some do it. It’s just in you.
I hope my children will someday be drawn to the land like I have been. It gives you a very different appreciation for the world around you and those women and men who put the food on our tables.
