Bring on the drought. 3.5 billion bu carryover does us no good. End users love it, but that’s all. As producers, we’ve been told for years to “cut costs” “get creative”. Time for end users to take that motto. So far all we have seen is when times get a little tough for ethanol plants, they just shut their doors and choose to not honor contracts.
