Any idea what it would take to buy it all? I've never seen an asking price.
I would hate to guess. The property it sits on is a prime location. I've heard the property location alone was guesstimated to be worth $2mil a few years ago. The collection as a whole is basically priceless, but I bet Jerry Mez would take the right offer if the right person came along with the promise to keep it intact and at that location. jmo. I hate to see lifetime collections sold off and pieced off, but I totally understand why it happens. |
