Had batteries unhooked and fuel tanks off the tractor. Put it all back on. The pump is primed and I have verified by cracking fuel lines. Have all power in the cab, the starter just won't kick in. Basically like when you don't depress the clutch to start normally. There is 12v at the starter and starts by jumping. Any ideas?
