Have never seen one with scalloped bars before and based on that alone, for "here", scrap value would be too generous.
For that kind of money, one could buy a JD or C-IH crumbler with resale value.
Several reputable brands have scalloped bars.
The last new one I bought was almost $1,000 per foot. A scrap value offer for the one pictured above, you’d be lucky if the door is the only thing that hits you in the a$$ on the way out.
