I wouldn’t likely avoid flying much more now than I would have before CV. Airlines have always been Petri dishes for whatever is going around, and IMO the risk of this new virus is about balanced with the extra precautions and overall smaller crowds.
The drive would be 2 rather full days or 3 more comfortable days.
