Franklinton, LA | You have made a good point. I agree with you if you end up in court. However, for a few hours of the lawyer's time you can learn a lot about how to collect evidence and document the problem. This knowledge will be very valuable this year and in the future. You can also get the lawyer to write letters to the other party and their insurance company. This will let them know that you know what you are doing and you mean business. I think the knowledge you would gain from one or two visits with a lawyer will be well worth the cost.
