S.E. Iowa | Tine weeder wasn't set agressive. It moves the soil a bit and kind of yanks weeds out . Population is 210000 but only get 2/3 of that. Planted deep with the thought of getting a extra tine weeding in before came out of ground. Had a little crust which cost some population and tine weeded some but couldn't bring myself to do all. I am happy with what i got if i don't cultivate it out now! After cultivating off and on since the late 70s i finally learned how to do it 3 or 4 years ago. Look ahead like planting instead of trying to follow a mark off to the side. Gps planting makes it even easier. | |
