You likely have a fertility problem. Do a soil test and see what you find. Haying is very hard on soil fertility, to maintain a good stand of Bermuda you need to fertilize after each cutting, plenty of nitrogen and potassium. I think I would correct the fertility before you take out the bahia with Cimmeron, If not you might just be opening up space for other weeds to invade.
