I’m going off of memory here so I may be wrong, but I think we had a 4 billion bu carryout and an 8 billion crop in the 80s. That brought about the set aside program, PIK, farmer owned reserve etc. Loan rates were much higher than market prices, so it was take the loan and forget it.
