IL | If you think there is a chance you might be happy with waas you might as well try Omni* before you upgrade to RTK. Omni* is far better than waas and is much cheaper than a whole RTK setup will cost you.
$2k for unlock and antenna for Omni. Plus the antenna will work with RTK should you decide to go that route later.
$800 a year sub for Omni XP or $1500 for HP.
RTK setup you are looking would be $20k+
