I don't want to bias you but I have 5 half Fleck calves in a corral right now that are nuts and going to a sale barn and a feed lot ASAP. Life is too short to have to deal with these crazy Fleck cross calves. I should never have used a Fleck bull even though the calves LOOK great. Bull disposition got worse with time and his calves are even worse. One of the best days in my cattle experiment is the day that Fleck bull went to be in a Big Mac. He became downright dangerous. It will be another good day when theses last 5 cross calves are gone... If I can get them in the trailer! I hope you have better luck with a Fleck bull than I did. My straight Herefords are like teddy bears compared to any of the Fleck/Herf crosses.
