kts are you sure that was the whip+ program? The whip form asks for starting and ending dates of event. Crops affected reason for quality issue. If you have RMA coverage. And if you are aware you have to carry crop insurance in 2022 and 2023. There is no place to sign on that form. You have to write a statement of what happened and sign the statement. Also need a map for each field with the affected areas circled. The county committee acted on each application. That is what i had to do.
