The InSight will not automatically fall back to radar if you are using RTK. It you are using RTK and lose RTK lock the InSight will hold the last known speed. To use radar, you have to change the speed source to radar in setup and then start a new op region. I don't know why it will not go to radar backup if it is setup for radar backup, but it does not do it.
