Maybe this is old news but just heard on the radio our wonderful governor of MN wants to fast track new clean air standards following the California rules? What!? Who in their right mind would let California tell you what to do in your state, especially when we have NOTHING in common with California. Might as well start knocking down our ethanol plants Now.
