Forks for skid steer quick attach should be easy to find. As for lifting 2500# with a 24HP tractor, sounds pretty sketchy. I have a JD 2750 (approx 75 pto hp) with about 600# cast weight on each rear wheel and with a full seed tote or chemical shuttle on the forks it needs some extra weight hanging off the 3 point to keep the rear wheels on the ground.
