La200 if you can catch him to give a big enough dose. I grab pro 300 for hoof rot with good results.
If caught as soon as they hobble I second this. One big bolus of LA200 and send them on their way. Had 9 cows with foot rot this year, every one fixed in 2 days with 30 cc's of oxytetracline.
Best med for hoof rot.
