Property has always in the past been the golden cash cow for people.
I think that property taxes are going to change that going forward.
I think that your state and local Gov are never going to slow down.
Wait till this drop off of collections hits them and see what happens next year

 

I agree totally on this and have for a while. They took land in the past because folks could not pay taxes and they will again. This is one reason I own metals. They will hold value when this all comes unwound and can pay taxes with them. This cant be fixed without a lot of pain. They are just putting it off.
