Frederick, Md | Relieve belt tension, lift the gate and the baffle is adjusted with 5 bolts. Loosen them all and then adjust middle out. The center should touch lightly while the outside edges should have a very slight gap.
My bales looked just like yours, I made that adjustment and made sure my brake was adjusted correctly and it makes a beautiful bale now.
I will also add I would not use the wide wrap in those balers. Guy had 51” in mine and it sucked. Went to 48” and it helped a lot | |
