hmm, i would give a quick glance to the interior of your case. I had a similar problem, where i could not boot past the windows loading screen, sometimes not even past POST, turns out a large capacitor on the motherboard had exploded, debris had cooled and hardened on the case door as well as the culprit capacitor showing a 'blown top'.
i hope it's not the case, but worth the look.
