Nevada, Iowa | Interesting post as always. I have to admit, fish does not sound like a dish best served cold, lol. Then I thought that it couldn't be any worse than sushi. I have never had sushi so I really shouldn't form an opinion but I wondered what your fish filets might taste like if dipped in a little soy sauce, not sure if soy is keto friendly but just a thought. Then as a final thought I recalled sardines. Since you have prompted me to rediscover them, I always enjoy them at room temp or colder and never get turned off at the thought.
