NW IL | Not sure exactly what the standard procedure is, but when I traveled around the Mediterranean and Europe they were all over the place. Almost standard.
But also, in most of those places you had to put the TP in the trash can because the ancient sewer system couldn't handle it. So the amount used maybe didn't change, but it made the trash smell nicer. It sure is weird wiping your butt and putting the paper in the trash can.. | |
