Portage MB Canada | So after a Peach Crown Royal and Iced Tea I got to thinking some more.
The Boundary I couldnt delete was boundary from a different field that had the multiple boundaries.
I exported the original shp file with the multiple boundaries to Google Earth Pro that would list the different boundary files separately.
Then I exported the single boundary to a kmz, then ran it through this converter back to a shp file and imported back into FarmWorks.

I am sure there was a much easier way to sort this out, but in case anyone reads this some day I hope it helps them .
And I think I will have another crown to celebrate.
