in Europe they have water trucks and the spicket is controlled and can move most directions, they have freeway blockers , they just blow them off with high pressure water ……….so my thoughts....why don't we have that.....and do you know how many million gallons of pig **** we have access too...……..hit em with some slurry honey and they will think twice about doin damage
