If you enjoy carrot sticks ,broccoli raw,you will find that raw asparagus is a very fine veg .The best is your own just cut .Only a percentage of people will find their urine have that smell and I think I read its genetic.Grew asparagus my whole life hear ,just figured it out to eat raw 5/6 years ago.But the best is creamed asparagus on toast points.Just dont over cook it.
