Central Iowa | We've got a side dress bar set up with raven flow meter and valves controlled through a greenstar rate controller and having issues with intermittent communication between the flow meter and the controller/display. As I'm going through the field it'll be reading flow and then drop to zero and I get warnings about 0 flow and off rate. I can see it still applying so I know product is still moving.
The flow meter is only a year old and worked good last year. We bench tested it and it tested just fine before this year when we were checking the bar over and it was reading no flow. I've also done the jumper wire test on the harness side plug and it counts gallons just fine, so I believe the harness is good. I've also replaced the harness side flow meter plug and I'm still having intermittent connection/communication issues. Any suggestions on what to check or replace next?
