The problem with the Napa stores is trying find the rare gem running the parts counter that wants to take the time to go through all of the books they have to find what you need.

when we used to have a Napa in town here the ol’ boy that owned and ran it was into helping a guy if he was working on something odd and couldn’t find the parts. I miss that a lot.

now-a-days the one Napa store we sometimes deal with can hardly find the right oil filter, and the other next closest store it seems could hardly care if a person walked into their store or not.
