I think the main thing that gets calibrated is the amount of hyd fluid needed to raise/lower the head based on its weight. Don't know for sure but its what I've been told. Your question about the deadheading hydraulics is something I've never even thought about. I have run a 32' Shelbourne on my 9770 for several years and no problems in that regard yet????
