I know farmers Antelope county. They never understand how one county could have much stupid leadership for the existence of the county. For example the county has 141 miles of blacktop roads but now only has a budget to resurface 1 mile a year. The county has like a thousand wind towers now but no one in the county can answer a question if they're actually getting paid any taxes for them.
Might be the dumbest Corona related expense - anyone have better?
