Quebec, Canada | FieldView offers a free trial year which includes the drive starter kit. To get the drive mapping with the FM-750 you will need an adapter cable from AgExpress and an actisense converter from climate.com as well as an iPad to run the FieldView mapping software.
I’m from Canada and I know there are some differences between the programs in Canada vs the USA. In Canada without the paid subscription you can map field passes on the iPad but you won’t be able to synchronize them to the website. Essentially you will have your planting maps on your iPad, but they will be stuck on your iPad.
If you can get your planting maps from your FM750 onto a USB stick you can try importing them onto your climate account through the data inbox. A word of warning, importing Trimble maps into FieldView is still in beta testing and sometimes the maps fail to import properly. But if it works for you’ll be able to get your planting maps onto fieldview without buying the adapter cable and actisense converter.
