North Central Texas
The bankrupt guys either took stupid risks or they were newbies. The smaller boys whose daddy or Grandpa did it right are primed and ready. I told one of my parts suppliers that it must be bad with ag and oil both down. He laughed and said oil is still buying parts getting rigs ready to go to work. The older companies know when to scale back and when to get after it. They punched lots of holes the last few years but they need to complete them with frac pumps. There is billions of dollars of equipment gone through and ready to work without foreign investment.
