Subject: RE: Rawson control module firmware

What's it controlling?

Check ALL fuses for corrosion, and all power cables. Ones at the batteries as well as the modules. If you have the relays to switch FIQ modules in the power wires, swap them too. Tug gently on the can cable wires and power wires to make sure one didn't separate internally.

Take the octopus cable from one and put it on the other side to see if the problem moves.

I chased phantoms this spring losing a Rawson unit and other things, and it turned out to be a can issue in the FM.

I've also had a few splices in the octopus cables get fertilizer in them over time and corrode wires apart.
