Did you ask your banker if he plans on stealing your money if negative rates come to pass ? Might as well get all of them on the record right now by asking.

I've  emailed the question to 2 banks, 2 credit unions and my rep in congress this past week.

One bank has replied, one credit union needs to "research" my question so far. 

That either means they are in on the theft and don't want to admit it or don't have a clue what I'm asking or trying to discuss.

I'd wager it's about a 50-50 split on being complicit or clueless.
