SE KS | Been fattening our own beef for years, people been asking so we are finally going to start doing it this fall for freezer beef. Been buying "Fat Calf" feed from place I buy cake. Price is $265 a ton...even though its 2/3 corn only worth $3.30. Been thinking about grinding my own to save a little money. We have plenty of corn...but that's it. Whats in your ration? Thanks | |
