No reason you can’t do just one. But, depending on the hours the injectors have on them, I’d be tempted to do them all. It’s not a bad job at all so long as none of the injectors are stuck. If it’s a situation where you need to get going immediately, you can do the one now but I’d consider doing the rest when you have time. An injector going bad can get expensive in a hurry if not caught.
