Subject: A lot of unknowns

Chaffee, Western New York
There's also opportunity here. Lamb has become an ethnic food but could capitalize on the situation to get in more display cases and dinner plates.

I've never had a meat rabbit. If it's available I just might have to try it.

I'd honestly expected more poaching of venison by now.... hopefully more people will kill deer for more than the horns this fall.

Squirrel and Rabbit hunting might pick up popularity, especially if the football season is shutdown.

When almost everyone is trying to make bread for the first time and discovering it's not magic, it reduces the barrier to home butchering. There's a lot of chickens in backyards now. Some of those chickens might find their way into a pot.

Who knows?
