Probably, but the report asks for acres intended to be planted. So unless they have definitely decided to PP, they will be counted.
Guess I'm trying to say that IMHO, the June report will be the largest acreage of the year, and IDK if a 97+ million figure reported will be bearish. Expectations are very high.
