I was told by my FSA office that it is self certification and there will be a certain number of audits and you will have to provide contract date information and if you have certified something that is not eligible you are subject to losing the whole amount plus interest, not just the bushels that were ineligible. The FSA said they are putting teeth into the self cert audits.
