NE IL | I don’t think your usb being in there causes it. Viper pros are getting a lot of age on them and it’s not uncommon to have issues, which is why I would suggest keeping your eyes open for a used viper 4-much more reliable and user friendly. You can download the software on ravens website. When you get it downloaded and and formatted into the usb there will be an option on the menu screen, the one that has sprayer/spreader etc to install viper pro. Click that and then click ok for clean install when it asks you. It may work it or it may need to be sent off for repairs but it’s worth trying.
