Madison Co. Virginia | Eh, debatable.
Fear is simply a form that an adrenaline rush can take. It's motivation to get off your stump, and run from the bear. Or in today's world, it's motivation to get off the couch and get to work.
Likewise, worry is a method of sorting through issues, and trying to come up with a solution. Many problems have been solved by brooding over them for a few days. Call it "worry" or call it "thinking for the future", but it does have it's place.
Neither fear nor worry is bad in itself. Either one, if taken out of their proper context, can be very harmful. | |
