Thats common in all mixers. You may see a 20-50 lb fluctuation while running. Its due to the fact that while its running, there is always some feed that is falling and not registering on the scale. We usually put all of our ingredients that make up a lesser percentage of the ration, then turn it on for the main ingredients.
