Ohio | I keep having problems with the Bluetooth connection. It will connect and I'll get an rtk fix then out of nowhere a few minutes later I'll lose the bt connection and the only light to blink on the Dongel will be the red one at the bottom. I'm using an iPad mini 4 and all software is up to date. It worked flawless for 2 days out of the 5 I've used it. I've tried calling them for the past 2 days and I can't get an answer from them. Any clues to what is going on?
