Good ham is a real treat for us. Leftovers for scrambled eggs or egg bake. One of the things I have found through the years is that when cured meat, especially ham, is over cooked it becomes saltier. I'm not as far into the Keto as John is but it has really helped me drop weight and my tummy. Friend used to mention is that instead of a 6 pack, he had a kegger for a tummy. No kegger for me anymore but no six pack either! Dropped about 30-35# since January but now kind of at a plateau. Miss home made breads, rolls and hash browns. Not as much as when I started but they still look really good. Maybe have a tablespoon or so of hash browns once in a while. Eat some lettuce as filler some times but I suppose that isn't the best. Just can't get enthusiastic about the pork rinds or sardines, though.
